Becoming a MasterCLASS Trade Contractor

The Housing Industry Association has been awarded a contract by the State Government to deliver the MasterClass – taking your skills further training program

MasterClass is a post trade training program targeted at developing an individuals potential beyond that of a Certificate III tradesperson. It provides an opportunity to seek higher level skills by building on a trade qualification and providing business skills to help people operate as a successful trade contractor, to capitalise on self employment opportunities, or to progress into other roles such as a site manager or builder.

The Government, through this initiative, seeks to recognise excellence by those who are prepared to be leaders in their field and to put in some extra work to realise their potential.
