Getting quick access to important information such as awards, rates of pay, or more complex matters relating to your circumstances, is critical when you’re running a business. The InfoCentre is a phone service available to HIA members at no additional cost.
We can help with:
- Award information – covering a wide range of awards that exist in the building and construction industry
- Basic information relating to rates of pay, which award applies to your circumstances, conditions of employment, sick leave information, RDOs and allowances
- Award updates – you can register for an automatic award update service, available by email or by direct mail.
