The 2009 Australian Professional Builder & Renovator Awards are not awarded for specific products and are not about sophisticated systems, fancy pictures or elaborate applications. They are about promoting quality and professionalism in the housing industry. They aim to encourage continuous improvement in business and financial management practices and, most importantly, encourage a commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

The entry process is a journey in itself and invites you to identify ways in which core business competencies can be improved.

The Award program recognises builders in three categories:

• The Professional Major Builder; for builders of new houses, apartments or units with an annual turnover of $20 million or more;
• The Professional Small/Medium Builder: for builders of new houses, apartments or units with an annual turnover of under $20 million; and
• The Professional Renovator.

As a winner of the Professional Builder and Renovator Awards you will demonstrate to your clients and competitors that you and your business are second to none when it comes to customer service, quality and professionalism. Most importantly you get the recognition you deserve for your business achievements.
