The Myth Surrounding Original Building Contracts
There is a common myth among builders that a contract will only be binding if both parties have signed an original. This is simply not the case.
The key for a binding building contract is acceptance of the contractual terms. Unfortunately, many builders waste valuable time waiting to receive original copies of documents through the mail when clients are overseas.

How many of us would be taken back to see someone put a plastic milk container into a rubbish bin rather than a recycle bin?
We have come a long way since we realised our environment is fragile and the resources that we rely on, on a day to day basis are not infinite. Vero Warranty Insurance Case Studies
Last year's workshop materials for the "Building Business Success" workshops (the first of HIA's Business Edge series) included case studies that were provided by Vero Warranty, a division of Vero Insurance Limited.
