The high level finishes of beautifully crafted materials give a quality feel, and the exceptional construction, detailing and quality of workmanship combine to make this masterpiece truly deserving of the title Custom Built Home of the Year. The interior is spacious with an open plan through the kitchen, family, living and dining areas that all relate to a centrally located double sided majestic fireplace piercing a pitched glass roof. The judges commented that: ‘The use of local stone, imported marble and granites and veneered cabinetry all installed by masters of their respective crafts has created an exceptional building'.
