Green Homes Australia SuLi and EcHo

Delfin Lend Lease - Bingara Gorge
The Delfin Lend Lease Bingara Gorge HIA Greensmart Estate is located 60 minutes south-west from Sydney CBD and 25 minutes from Wollongong's beaches. Upon completion Bingara Gorge will cover 450 hectares comprising approximately 1,165 dwellings with a population of approximately 3,500 residents.

Central Coast HomeZone
Australia's largest GreenSmart Village outside of Sydney opened its doors to the public in 2005. Homezone is located at Warnervale on the NSW Central Cost. Central Coast HomeZone features over 50 GreenSmart homes which provide a huge range of house styles and sustainable options. The GreenSmart houses contained in the village were constructed by 17 major NSW home builders.
