Lakewood SmartLiving - Stockland

Stockland opened its second GreenSmart Display Village to the public in November 2005. The Lakewood SmartLiving collection includes six homes by three NSW builders committed to HIA GreenSmart principles – Eden Brae, Rawson Homes and Provincial Homes.

Each of the homes has been endorsed as GreenSmart, showcasing a variety of features to reduce energy consumption, water use and construction techniques to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
