Service Stream Contacts (Tas)
The attached contact list has been prepared
in consultation with Service Stream
to assist members receive prompt service from Telstra and it's subcontractors, in the provisioning of telecommunications infrastructure e.g. conduit installation, pre wire and soft dial tone testing.
Members should consider a minimum of 3-4 days notice for single residential developments and 5-6 weeks required for commercial developments.
Escalation numbers have also been included to assist in the resolution of issues or delays.
North West
Tasmania

Southern Tasmania
Members should ring Service Stream first to log the job on 1800 773 776. Members then need to contact any one of the regional subcontractors listed below and quote the job number from Service Stream. Please note it is possible that some subcontractors may log jobs with Service Stream by agreement on your behalf, shortcutting the process.
The subcontractor will then provide information on the timeframe for the trench to be opened up and for the conduit, pre wire and soft dial tone testing to be carried out.
