Spray painting and back rolling

Q:    When using a spray gun to paint a house, should I back roll?

A:    It is recommended to back roll if you are adopting a spray paint method. Using a short to medium nap roller following the person using the spray gun will help work the paint into the plasterboard surface, and will give a better textured finish helping to disguise minor variations in the surface.
