Nelson's Ridge - Delfin Lend Lease

HIA GreenSmart National Leader, Delfin Lend Lease opened the Nelson’s Ridge Living Options HIA GreenSmart Village at Greystanes in October 2004. The completed HIA GreenSmart Village is part of Stage 1 of the Nelson’s Ridge Estate.

As a National GreenSmart Leader, Delfin Lend Lease is committed to the GreenSmart cause. Nelson’s Ridge is Delfin’s first GreenSmart Village in NSW and complements their existing Village at Springfield Lakes in Queensland.

The Village displays 14 GreenSmart Houses constructed by 5 major project builders - Masterton Homes, Bellevale Homes, Cosmopolitan Homes, Domaine Homes and Wincrest Homes. The designs include a dual occupancy and terrace style housing, along with detached housing.

Delfin Lend Lease will open Stage 2 of the Nelson’s Ridge Living Options Display Village in early 2006. Stage 2 will showcase another 8 GreenSmart homes, to add to the existing 14 GreenSmart houses on display in Stage 1 of the Village.
