Guide to Kitchen and Bathroom Construction E2
The New & Improved Edition 2 Guide to Kitchen & Bathroom Construction is now available providing the industry with a valuable resource tool to clarify areas of quality and workmanship standards
in the construction and installation of kitchens and bathrooms. Following on from the success of the first edition of the Guide to Kitchen & Bathroom Construction, a comprehensive review has now been completed in consultation with the kitchen and bathroom industry.
The purpose of the Guide is to provide general industry guidance and to outline reasonable standards and tolerances for kitchen and bathroom construction and installation work, where such standards and tolerances are not articulated by:
- the contract documents are not prescribed in the relevant state or territory Statutory Authority's legislation (such as the Home Building Act and Regulations in NSW);
- the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
