HIA is the peak building industry association in Australia with a dynamic and forceful history of support for our members that stretches back more than 40 years. From small beginnings, our membership has grown to more than 42,000 covering builders, contractors, manufacturers and renovators among many others. We believe we can grow further, to 50,000 members in the near future.

We are acknowledged as one of the most influential and progressive associations in Australia and we are looking for motivated, ambitious and creative people to help us continue this quality service into the next decade and beyond.

Graduates who join us will be given immediate opportunities to contribute while continuing to learn in a friendly, supportive environment. You will be coached and mentored by seasoned professionals, all experts in their chosen fields.
