HIA takes its status as a Registered Training Organisation very seriously, and is committed to ensuring that all aspects of its operations are conducted to the highest possible standard. The Student Information Kit details how HIA will address its obligations as a Registered Training Organisation, including compliance with the National Standards for RTO's, in order to bring you the best quality training service, ensuring that when you enrol in a HIA Training course, you achieve the best possible outcomes for your investment. The document also contains information on Student rights and responsibilities, HIA's Code of Ethics for assessment practices, and information on HIA Training's complaints and assessment appeals procedures.

HIA Training Recognition of Prior Learning ( RPL) Application Kit
RPL recognises the importance of prior learning and experience. RPL is the process of assessing an applicants currently held competencies against recognised industry standards, regardless of how the competencies were attained. Work experience, other learning and life experience may all be able to contribute to establishing your competencies against the assessment criteria of the HIA training program you choose to enrol in. Successful applications may allow you to reduce the time and cost of undertaking training to achieve the course outcomes.
