The HIA Professional Builder and Renovator Awards promote quality and professionalism in the housing industry.

The Professional Builder and Renovator Awards have closed for 2011. Judging has commenced, winners will be announced at the Regional Housing Awards presentation.

Professional Builder and Renovator Awards categories include:

• HIA Professional Major Builder
  - builders of houses or units with an annual turnover of $50M or more
• HIA Professional Medium Builder
  - builders of houses or units with an annual turnover of $20 - $50M
• HIA Professional Small Builder or Renovator
  - builders and renovators with an annual turnover of less than $20M.

What are the judges looking for?
The judges review four areas of your business:

• customer service
• leadership of the business
• business management
• financial management.
