How could my business benefit from becoming involved in a Youthbuild Project?

Your business can benefit in a variety of ways by becoming involved in partnerships with schools.  These could include enhanced reputation and improved relationships with the local community, more efficient and effective recruitment practices, increased employee morale, and enhanced skill base and improved bottom-line.

The partnerships created will offer direct pathways from school to work with local businesses. Participating businesses will be able to grow the pool of talent in their region and ensure that school leavers are well-prepared for work in the industry.

How can my company become involved with Youthbuild?

There are many ways that industry can help.  You may wish to link your company to a Youthbuild project or member school.  The Foundation would like to harness industry support to secure work placements for students, provision of materials or products, skills and host employers.
