Freight Info

Delivery of an order should be within 3-7 working days from order depending on your location and availability of selected items.

For example, if the product is available and is to be shipped to an Australian Metropolitan address then your order should arrive in 3-4 working days.

If the order is to be shipped to an Australian Country area then it will take a little longer, allow 5-7 working days.

HIA has a very simple freight and handling rate structure, it is basically a flat rate of $10.00 (ex GST) or $11.00 (inc GST)
