Small Business Administration - First Class Accounts will be presenting an update on current Technology/Apps that are available to small builders to increase the efficiencies for doing your accounts and being able to track exact job costs for true profit analysis.
Managing the Builder-Client Relationship - Managing the relationship with your client can be trying at times, but how do you deal with the client who wants to get more involved? How do you deal with client involvement? What are the risks? This session will look at a range of common scenarios and provide tips and guidance to protect your contract and your business.
