    From 1 December 2020, members who operate their businesses using a DB-M or CDB-M registration or a Domestic Builder - Unlimited (DB-U or CDB-M) with a condition for ‘managing or arranging of domestic building work’ will no longer be able to obtain building permits.

    From Saturday, 5 December 2020, businesses operating display homes in Western Australia will be required to maintain contact registers for each property. Everyone over the age of 16 who attends a display home will be required to register their contact details.
