2022 HIA Australian Apartment Complex

Located in the nationally acclaimed Fish Land arts precinct, this sculptural landmark development embraces the very height of luxury.
Aria Property Group were named the HIA Australian Apartment Complex winner, partnered by Daikin Australia during the 2022 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards presentation on 23 April on the Gold Coast.
The complex spans over 31 storeys. It boasts more than 2000 square metres of resident amenities, including private dining rooms, theatre, wine storage and a breathtaking rooftop bar and pool.
The wellness level, which includes a gym, spa, sauna and an onsite physiotherapist, has been intelligently constructed above the car park to prevent disturbing residents above.
Wowing the judges was the 360-degree cascading green wall, the purpose-built curved line exterior, unrivalled amenities and a rooftop terrace with magnificent views. They could not fault the outstanding quality finishes, attention to detail and craftsmanship throughout.
The HIA Australian Apartment Complex award recognises a residential apartment building which is two or more storeys and contains at least two self-contained dwellings, celebrating excellence in a number of areas including design features, integration of the buildings in context with common areas, external construction, and other features contributing to liveable communities.
