Elizabeth Searle of Highwater Homes in NSW was named the 2021 HIA Australian Business Partner during a virtual broadcast of the 2021 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards ceremony on 30 July.
The Business Partner award recognises those working off-site to run a business within the residential building industry.
Elizabeth Searle plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day functioning of Highwater Homes as Business Manager, helping to direct the focus and growth of the custom home building firm.
She is actively involved in developing strategic plans and actioning the goals set in the business’ unique 90-day intensive evaluation sessions targeted at operational improvement areas.
Elizabeth is passionate about creating an exceptional customer service experience with Highwater Homes, and has shown a strong level of commitment to generating internal policies, marketing and branding materials, and implementing systems and processes that all support the reputation and quality of the business’ product.
HIA Managing Director Graham Wolfe said the HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards recognise the best in Australia’s residential building industry.
