The three-level design optimises natural light and privacy, preserving all five mature trees from the original site. The entry level includes a garage and a parents' retreat, while the main living area is elevated among the trees, offering breathtaking views. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow leads to a private courtyard with an alfresco kitchen and pizza oven. Construction quality is exceptional, utilising insulating concrete forms and steel reinforcement for durability and climate resilience. Meticulous attention to detail ensures energy efficiency and functionality throughout. The complex build incorporates advanced techniques, such as triple-glazed windows, geothermal energy, and extensive landscaping, all completed amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. This home is designed to last for generations.
