Custom Built Home $1 million to $1.5 million

This coastal holiday home was designed for a client and their extended family, delivering a retreat that embraces both climate and outlook. Construction began with significant challenges, including navigating narrow site access during a period of intense building activity following the 2019–20 bushfires. Despite these constraints, the project was completed to a high standard, with materials carefully chosen to suit the coastal environment. Timber flooring and external cladding were milled and processed from the builder’s own logs at North Eden Timbers, bringing a unique provenance and sustainability to the build. The home is planned to take advantage of mild coastal conditions, with orientation that captures sunlight, sea breezes and sweeping views. The result is a durable, inviting residence that offers comfort, connection and functionality for family gatherings by the coast.
