Winner: Trudi Margach - Stroud Homes Brisbane South

In addition to the role of contract administration, Trudi has consistently delivered over and beyond for the business, and now takes the role from managing majority of client interaction throughout the build, to managing the business as a whole. With a significant increase in contracts and building, comes an incredible amount of extra work and pressure - as a result Trudi has taken on the additional role as acting General Manager. And at the same time completing her Master's Degree, and undertaking training for Cert 4 in Construction. Trudi is a human dynamo.
