This award recognises excellence in workmanship by an individual trade contractor or trade contracting business within projects entered into the HIA Housing Awards. Trades include carpentry, bricklaying, tiling, painting, plastering, hard and soft landscaping.
Workmanship will be judged at the time of the housing awards judging. The contractor responsible for the individual trade work must be recognised.
