Trade Workmanship
Winner: Monument Constructions Australia
The builder has constructed a house in a style that demands intricate detailing, to accurately reflect the craftsmanship of the era. Wide timber stairs with turned timber newels and handrail, added to the grandeur of the large entry foyer. The inclusion of stained glass windows and verandah brackets were skillfully constructed and disguised the supports. Through great construction and attention to detail, this home is truly a masterpiece of fine trade workmanship.
