Meeting with HIA mid-2018, New Homes Guide acknowledged the value of the partnership by adding two discount offers for HIA members. The 80 per cent and 30 per cent discounts are already proving popular, with high demand in 2019.
‘Reinvention was the goal by giving small- and medium-sized builders new options, greater flexibility and maximum value. We’ve achieved those goals and builders are signing up,’ says Ben De Jonge, communication director, New Homes Guide.
To make national access as simple as possible, New Homes Guide launched a new website that allows builders to explore and purchase the new packages and options.
‘As a digital-first company it made sense for us to offer builders online access and signup. We have had progressive builders buying packages online from Perth to Melbourne,’ Ben says.

‘We understand the new homes sector, and we know how to achieve results using digital channels. We are here to offer more, and our next move will be to launch a podcast for builders and industry experts. We’re excited about that.’
