Fairmont Homes in NSW has proven it is one of the top building companies in the country after winning the 2019 HIA Australian Professional Medium Builder/Renovator award.
Focusing on the new home and renovation market, the company uses mystery shoppers to see if its processes and customer service are working, and invest heavily in customer satisfaction. The home builder operates out of nine display homes, and has the intention to open two more this year.
Fairmont Homes said it can offer its clients the home that is right for them without having to change builder: 'We apply exactly the same top quality skills and breadth of building knowledge into our project homes as we pour into our custom-built residences.'
This year’s award winners were announced on 25 May before hundreds of industry leaders at the prestigious HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards ceremony held as the final night of the HIA 2019 National Conference in Perth.
The HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards are the ultimate platform to showcase the talents of the nation’s top builders and designers. Winners are selected from state-based finalists, with awards in 22 separate categories.
The Professional Medium Builder/Renovator category acknowledges home builders, with an annual turnover of between $10 million and $50 million, who demonstrate a commitment to customer service, business management and leadership.
NSW members featured strongly this year, winning six national categories, including Australian Home of the Year, Custom Built Home, Australian Apprentice, Kitchen Design and Townhouse/Villa Development.
