Ten top homes from across the country went head-to-head for the 2019 HIA–CSR Australian People’s Choice Home of the Year, with Brendan Grant Master Builders from North Queensland coming out on top. 

The company was announced as the official winner at the 2019 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards ceremony held on the final night of the HIA 2019 National Conference in Perth.

Voted as the winner through the Houzz Australia website, the people’s choice award is in the hands – and tastes – of the public, offering the opportunity for home and interior enthusiasts to weigh in on their favourite project from the 2018 Home of the Year state winners. 

As the winner of the 2018 HIA–CSR North Queensland Home of the Year, this modern luxury home, perched delicately on an acreage, was identified as a project of superior quality and creative expression.

One of the judges commented that the project was the most outstanding home they had ever judged. 

The judges went on to say that Brendan Grant Master Builders truly delivered a project which reflected excellence in workmanship, design innovation and implemented a practical layout that best utilised the site.
