Western Australia’s
Ultimo Constructions was recognised for its commitment to customer service, business management and leadership, earning the title of 2020 HIA Australian Professional Small Builder/Renovator when the winners were announced on 29 May via an online streaming of the 2020 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards.
This is the second time the Perth-based property development specialist has proven it is one of the top building companies in Australia, with the business first nabbing the national award in 2019.
For more than 10 years Ultimo Constructions has seen substantial growth and continual evolution, with its vision to deliver high-quality, value-for-money projects underpinning its strategic decisions and services.
Under strong leadership and professional acumen, the team has worked tirelessly over the past year to deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience to ensure project feasibility in challenging market conditions. An improved showroom, plus sundowner events to showcase Ultimo’s product, engage with prospective clients and foster relationships have further contributed to increasing brand awareness and business performance.
The HIA Australian Professional Builder/Renovator awards are divided into three categories, based on annual turnover. The Professional Small Builder/Renovator category, partnered by
Companion Systems, is awarded to a small home builder which demonstrates commitment to excellence in customer service, business management and leadership.
Western Australia was once again prominent in the 2020 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards, taking out four awards in total across the 21 categories for Specialised Housing, Display Home, Apartment of the Year and Australian Professional Small Builder/Renovator.
