People working in the construction industry are at a higher risk of developing a mental illness. For this reason the Check-in app by Beyond Blue and Two Bulls has been designed to help take the fear out of having a conversation with a friend who might be struggling.

The app provides examples of how to start a conversation, offering everything from what to say, where to have the conversation and how to support a friend further.

Free to download, the Check-in app also provides links to a range of online and phone services.
