James Hardie has released ExoTec™ Vero™, a pre-finished concrete-look option that’s impact resistant and structurally stable as a part of the ExoTec Facade System.

The system features a fine sanded texture and warm grey tones in a pre-finished, lightweight solution. Each panel is factory-sealed using James Hardie’s CoreShield™ sealer technology, providing long-term durability and water resistance. The solution also helps to ensure that the architecture won’t yellow, warp or degrade over time.

Additionally, James Hardie says its fibre cement is resistant to fire, termites, rot and damage from moisture. Each panel has its own unique characteristics with slight variations in shade and pattern.
