The Corporate Health plans come with a range of enhanced benefits. Whether you’re labouring on site, dealing with tricky clients, or you’re on the road a lot, all these things can impact your physical and mental health in different ways. The features on the new Corporate Health plan, will ensure members get great benefits across these areas.

Some of the available features include:

  • Accidents happen refund – if you need hospital treatment following an accident, Bupa will refund your hospital excess for that admission*.
  • Accident inclusion - for accidents sustained after joining, treatment which is restricted or is an exclusion on your cover, will be payable in the same way as an included service 1
  • Massage, physio and chiro – feeling the strain after a big day on site (or at the desk)? Get 100% back on your first massage, chiro or physio visit at Bupa-recognised providers*.
  • Mental health – to help protect your mental health and wellbeing, Bupa can pay towards the cost of psychology, counselling, and online therapy at recognised providers.
  • Travel and accommodation – Bupa will contribute towards these expenses if you need to travel 200 km or more for hospital and medical treatment, which is great news for members in rural areas*.
  • Gym Membership & Mole Mapping – to help you manage your health, get upto $100 back on gym memberships, personal training or mole mapping services at Bupa recognised providers*.

Hate paperwork? Bupa’s got that sorted too: ‘Once you’ve selected the plan that best suits your needs and budget, Bupa can cancel your old membership on your behalf, and ensure your continuity of cover when you join. That means no paperwork and no need to reserve waiting periods that you’ve already served with your old fund2 so you can start claiming straight away*,’ Archana says.

1. Accident definition: An unforeseen event, occurring by chance and caused by an unintentional and external force or object resulting in involuntary hurt or damage to the body, which occurred in Australia, which requires, within 72 hours of the event, medical advice or treatment from a registered medical practitioner other than the policy holder and, if necessary, any further medical treatment where such admission (including any readmission) or treatment must be within 180 days of the event
2. When switching to Bupa on an equivalent or lower level of cover within 60 days of cover end date with old health fund.
