NBN – Changes to the New Developments application process

Changes to how applications are submitted and managed was launched on Monday 22nd July.
These changes are intended to provide customers with greater ability to self-serve while continuing to be supported by a dedicated account team as well as enhancements including:
- a new online Expression of Interest (EOI) form, which links with nbn internal systems for a seamless transition to an application
- enhancements to the online New Developments application form
- enhancements to online self-service New Developments Portal; and
- a series of process improvements to the way applications are managed, end to end
nbn will be offering ongoing support provided as the transition takes place. Members of the nbn New Developments team will be available to show customers the benefits the new system and processes offer. These enhancements aim to simplify and improve the nbn New Developments customer experience.
