Contract administration short course

Thank you to all members who have registered to attend our contracts administration short course on Friday 7 February 2020.

With an overwhelming response, we are now at full capacity for this date.  The course will be held again on Friday 20 March 2020 from 1.00pm to 5.00pm.

The course will provide builders and their contract administrators with information about how to prepare and administer HIA residential contracts. Attendees will gain an understanding of the legislation relevant to residential contracts, rights and obligations of both parties, key contract terms and how to manage common contractual disputes and areas of confusion.   The cost to attend the course is $50.00 per person.
