How do I get a refund or make an appeal?

Refunds

Before the start date

For written cancellations received greater than five business days before the course start date, we will refund all monies paid for that enrolment.

For written cancellations received less than five business days before the course start date, no refund will be given.

Once training has started

Once the course has started we will only refund monies in exceptional circumstances. Requests for a refund must be made in writing to the Training Manager.

Postponed courses

If we postpone a course you have paid for to an alternative start date you will receive a refund for that course or be offered an opportunity to transfer to the next available course.

Cancellation

If we cancel any part of your training, you will not be liable for costs associated with that portion of the training. You will be provided with a Statement of Attainment for all completed units of competency and offered the opportunity to re-enrol with us or another RTO with full recognition of that statement.
