We’re here to help keep your career moving
As Australia continues to navigate the COVID-19 outbreak, our thoughts are with those affected. But the reality is that this situation impacts all of us. At HIA, our top priority is to help you and your business through this challenging time, and limit the impact on how the residential building industry operates.
That’s why we’ve developed three training delivery options for our CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) to help you keep your career moving - so you can emerge stronger than ever.
The NEW self-paced option will enable you to get that building qualification now that time is on your side. This self-directed learning program takes you through the theoretical training that some states require as part of a Builder license/registration application, allowing you to start now and study at your own pace.
- Study on your terms
- Industry leading instructors

Whether it be from your home, office or any other location where you can access the web with a microphone and camera, HIA’s virtual classroom option offers you an easy way to upskill, while still adhering to social distancing measures. This option is currently replacing face-to-face delivery with the potential to move into the classroom once social distancing measures are lifted.
- Instructor-led classes
- Interactive class discussions
- Progress with your peers

Navigate the course through our online portal while engaging with specialist online trainers though scheduled webinars and one-on-one communication.
