Yes, you can. Just click on the contract and select Preview.

Yes, you can edit and preview your contracts as many times as you need without charge before you complete them. 

To edit a completed contract, you must click on the contract and then select Open for Edit. This will move the previously completed contract to Archive and produce a copy in My Contracts which can then be edited. NOTE: Payment is required to complete the contract again.
