Using QR Code technology, HIA SafeScan forms have been developed to replace some common on-site paper-based forms, checklists and compliance processes with electronic forms.
Yes. Changes to the form content can be made through discussions with your HIA Safety representative should the standard template not be suitable. Once made, the changes will take immediate effect.
HIA SafeScan is not an app that needs to be downloaded. HIA SafeScan is web-based which means any up-to-date smart device with connection to the internet can scan a SafeScan QR Code and interact with forms.
For Apple devices with IOS 11 or later, and Android devices with Android 9 or later, the built-in camera is capable of reading QR Codes.
For other devices, a QR Code Reader app may need to be downloaded.
HIA SafeScan is an annual subscription product with pricing based upon your choice of SafeScan forms and other platform requirements.View pricing at HIA SafeScan.
No. HIA SafeScan is designed to give users direct access to your business’ on-site safety procedures and documents using QR Code technology. SafeScan form submissions are sent to your business’ nominated email address/es for monitoring.
