Helping explain current industry pressures to your customers

There are currently a number of significant and difficult pressures being encountered by builders and trade contractors across Australia.

The combined impact of these pressures over more than 12 months means the industry is facing ongoing rapid increases in building material prices and longer than normal delays in construction times.

HIA has prepared two consumer information sheets to assist members explain to your customers what is causing these pressures and how you can best work together to manage existing home building projects to reach completion.

Members can download these resources and print off to give to clients.
