Progen's focus on the health and safety management system is preventing hazards. Progen prides themselves of processes wherein a framework is developed for health and safety management and a plan for systematic risk assessment and control of hazards, aim to progressively improve safe behaviours and safe systems of work across the organisation.
Implementing weekly safety discussions with monthly meetings vastly improved their safety focus. As a business, Progen are always looking for better ways to improve the ease of training and have implemented new programs to help assist improve site safety across all aspects of the business. The implementation of the HazardCo app has also streamlined their processes in relation to keeping records of site safety reviews, SSSMP's and trade/supplier safety related documents.
