Winner: Aaron Scott
After being heavily involved in the designing, building and fitting out of a gym in a previous career, Aaron realised his passion for practical, hands-on work and decided to make the switch to carpentry. Aaron has since developed dedication and passion not only for his craft but for the entire industry. His skills have progressed far beyond his year level, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Aaron's diligence and leadership shines through, particularly evident in his mentorship of junior apprentices. This, in combination with a readiness to tackle any challenge and a constant eagerness to learn, ensures Aaron's aspiration to establish his own carpentry business will come to fruition.
Aaron is employed by ABN Training and hosted by Swan Carpentry WA.
