2022 HIA Australian Professional Medium Builder / Renovator
Partnered by Companion Systems
Winner: Hermitage Homes, Victoria
Victoria’s Hermitage Homes have been named the prestigious 2022 HIA Australian Professional Medium Builder/Renovator.
Hermitage Homes has successfully built quality family homes across Victoria since 1997. They are an open and transparent organisation in which all employees are empowered with a common value-based framework when making decisions or giving direction.
The judges congratulated Hermitage Homes for truly valuing their staff - evident in their daily team catch-ups, celebrations of milestones and achievements, and providing support in challenging times. Proactive communication and continuous improvement are encouraged and underpin the success of the business.
The announcement was made during the 2022 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards presentation on 23 April on the Gold Coast hosted by Peter Helliar.
The HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards are the ultimate platform to showcase the talents of the nation’s top builders and designers.
The Professional Medium Builder/Renovator category, partnered by Companion Systems, acknowledges medium-sized home builders which demonstrate a commitment to customer service, business management and leadership.
