Winner: P.A.H Innovative Construction, ACT & Southern NSW

Wagga-based P.A.H Innovative Construction won the prestigious title of 2022 HIA Australian Professional Small Builder / Renovator when the winners of the 2022 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards were announced on 23 April.

P.A.H Innovative Construction is a small business with a team of seven staff, led skilfully by Paul and Rebecca Hopper. Both Paul and Rebecca are congratulated for being strong leaders in their business and active members of the community and building industry.

The judges were impressed with their continued commitment to apprentices and students, having provided work placements to eight students in the past 12 months and employing school-based apprentices.

HIA’s Managing Director Graham Wolfe said the HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards recognise the best in Australia’s residential building industry.

The HIA Australian Professional Builder/Renovator awards are divided into three categories, based on annual turnover. The Professional Small Builder/Renovator category, partnered by Companion Systems, is awarded to a small home builder which demonstrates commitment to excellence in customer service, business management and leadership.
