- Nominee must be a woman who is currently in a profession or role in the building and construction industry or related industry.
- Online/nomination form to be completed and declared by nominee, or by person nominating (if applicable).
- Online/nomination form must be submitted with a high resolution digital images of the nominee.
- Nominee or person nominating may be contacted by HIA and asked to provide additional documentation in support of nomination. Such documentation may include company references and/or testimonials.
- Nominee or person nominating is responsible for information supplied in this nomination. HIA and its associated media accept no responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information supplied in this nomination.
- Nominee or person nominating is responsible for the supply of images and agrees to HIA reproducing any images and/or details provided in or with the nomination for the purposes of promoting recognition of achievement (and permission and approval of the guardian of any child in the images). Promotion being at the sole discretion of HIA and its associated media.
- HIA accepts no responsibility for lost or late nominations.
- HIA may collect personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988(Cth)) and other information relating to the award nominee’s business in order to administer the Awards. All entries become HIA’s property.
- By participating in the Awards (including by submitting an entry), the entrant consents for HIA to use and disclose any personal information, for the purposes set out in HIA’s Privacy Statement available at https://hia.com.au/privacy, to administer the Awards.
