Custom Built Home $1 million to $1.5 million

This exceptional project showcases meticulous attention to detail and innovation in construction. The quality of construction is evident in the extensive carpenter's hours invested. The use of premium materials included Hardie Groove Lining eaves with no mouldings or trims to sheet joints. When the wall frames were lasered in straight and plumb, they were baton-screwed together every 400 millimetres. Some wall frames were more than five metres tall. One-of-a-kind elements include a two-way see-through fireplace with a floating white concrete bench. The micro-cement for all walls and ceiling in the ensuite included a custom vanity. A solar power system with battery was installed to complete this well-thought-out home.
