Located in the leafy suburb of McKail, this modular dwelling showcases the perfect blend of innovation and practicality. Designed and built to the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) Silver living standard, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers increased space and adaptable structural elements.
Its strategic orientation and passive design principles have earned it an impressive 7.6-star energy rating. The covered verandah provides protection from the elements, while the spacious alfresco area opens up to a generous grassed space for family enjoyment. In a partnership between the Department of Communities and Quality Builders, the modular home was manufactured, transported, and installed.
Quality Builders oversaw the manufacturing process in their Perth-based yard, ensuring exceptional quality at every stage. This beautifully crafted modular home exemplifies contemporary living with its stylish design, energy efficiency, and adaptability for future needs.
