Winner: Bethany Mercieca, Blue Eco Homes
Blue Eco Homes Apprentice Bethany Mercieca has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to her craft. She has built meaningful relationships with co-workers, suppliers and clients through excellent communication. Beth is committed to safety and has excellent problem-solving skills, showing that her level of competency is well above her apprentice level. She is currently running a certified passive house project with direct supervision. She is motivated for better outcomes for herself and the industry. Beth speaks at schools and acts as a mentor to young people considering a trade career. She is also involved in industry committees and is a great asset and example to the building industry.
