Display Home $700,000 to $800,000

HIA-CSR NSW Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards

Winner: Aria Homes (NSW) - The Valerie

Aria Homes NSW proudly presents the Valerie. This display home is located in Austral, on the outskirts of Sydney. With its arched windows and reclaimed brick exterior, this 321m² residence seamlessly blends modern sophistication with a touch of Austral's farmhouse heritage, thanks to collaboration with Studio Block architects. The interiors, which feature five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a media room and an attached granny flat, are light, bright and spacious, with curved walls, raked ceilings and a wide staircase delivering both charm and character. The Valerie exemplifies contemporary living with a nod to its historical roots.
