HIA Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards

Winner: Pearl Homes - La Belle

Located in Glen Waverley, La Belle seamlessly combines timeless luxury with contemporary innovation. The French Provincial facade has enviable street presence with its tall columns and wrought iron details. Inside, the ground floor features multiple living spaces, an office, theatre room, guest suite, kitchen with butler's pantry, dining and alfresco. Upstairs is the expansive master suite, four additional bedrooms, and a retreat with its own kitchenette.

High-end finishes are on display throughout, including European oak parquetry flooring, marble benchtops, two-pack cabinetry and custom bulkheads with recessed strip lighting. The curved staircase, with circular skylight high above, is perhaps the home's standout feature. But the judges were equally impressed with the time, care and attention to detail the builder has clearly invested in this home. They noted that the standard of finishes is exceptional throughout, and that all trades have completed their work to the highest standards.
