Casey Gould

With over 20 years in media and marketing, Casey Gould has worked across metro and regional markets with leading Australian media companies including Seven, Nine, Ten, ARN and SCA. She will share practical techniques to create impactful campaigns that deliver value, strengthen brands, and help businesses stand out with confidence in today’s competitive landscape.

Amber Ling

Amber Ling’s accounting career spans almost 30 years. Progressing through the ranks at Cutcher & Neale, in 2020 she achieved a milestone as Cutcher & Neale’s first female partner, reflecting her commitment to balancing leadership with a strong client focus. Known for her empathetic and goal-focused approach, Amber works closely with clients to understand their individual aspirations, creating tailored strategies and mapping clear steps to help achieve them.

Belinda Finn

Belinda was first drawn to accounting in high school, influenced by her parents’ small business and their relationship with their accountant. She joined Cutcher & Neale’s accounting and tax team as a trainee and quickly progressed into client management. Today, she continues to value those client connections, describing it as a privilege to work alongside individuals and businesses on their goals. She is known for her honest, genuine, and considered approach, always ensuring clients understand the “why” behind the strategies and guidance she provides. By regularly revisiting client goals, Belinda helps ensure they remain on track and feel confident in their financial journey.

Leonie Crowe

Leonie has spent more than six years at SafeWork NSW working within both investigations and the construction directorate, earning a strong reputation for her practical and balanced approach to safety and compliance. She is a key member of the Hunter Central Coast Construction Team, working closely with industry to support continuous improvement, reduce high‑risk activities on worksites across the region, and promote SafeWork NSW’s key priority harms. Leonie also leads the SafeWork NSW Women in Construction portfolio across New South Wales, championing increased female participation in non‑traditional roles while driving improved safety, equality and inclusion across the construction industry.
